2023 P3 Theatre Gala Sponsorship
Season subscriptions, individual ticket sales and individual donations cover only a
small portion of the costs required for P3 Theatre Company to fulfill its mission to bring
gainful employment to theatrical artists and to ensure that the arts are accessible to
everyone, particularly those in the underserved populations within our community.
With your 2023 Gala Sponsorship we at P3 Theatre Company will be able to maximize
our effectiveness within the community. We are seeking funds to secure elements that
are crucial to the sustenance of both our organization and the difference we can make
in the community. These elements include, but are not limited to the following:
• Professional Staff to develop P3 Educates+, our community outreach program
• Professional Mentors for our Rising Star Internship Program
• Professional Directors, Musical Directors, Choreographers, Actors and Designers to provide a top notch professional theatrical experience for our patrons
• Individual wireless body microphones
• Miscellaneous Stage Tech and Administrative equipment and supplies
We are accepting cash donations as well as in-kind donations of goods or services. Feel free to make a contribution that fits your level of comfort. The following page lists
