The use of masks during our live performances is no longer required but is strongly recommended.

P3 Theatre Company’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Statement

At P3 Theatre Company, we are committed to reflecting the faces and lives of the world in which we live through the performances upon our stage.

We actively support our theatrical community, and we nurture and protect those who work with us. We acknowledge we have work to do in striving to create an ever-evolving equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment. We affirm that this work is an iterative process, and we commit to grow and do better at each step along the way.

From its inception, P3 has engaged in a process to evaluate our theatre company and all of its practices both in-house and with our audience and communities at-large through a lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). We are committed to a path to develop and intensify our efforts.

We establish and share DEI and anti-racist policies created through open dialogue with our staff, board, DEI Committees, community focus groups, casts, crews, and leadership within our fellow theatrical companies and family of other partner nonprofit organizations within the arts sector and beyond.

Future public announcements, press releases, and publicly accessible information over P3’s website and social media will include the ongoing creation of initiatives within our community that strengthen P3’s support for BIPOC artists and organizations while also exemplifying support for members of other minority and historically marginalized and disenfranchised communities with whom we engage and interact.
